1. Are your products in stock?

   Yes, We only sell in stock items, very rarely we feature a product that is clearly marked on it's page that it is available to order only

2. Are my credit card details safe?

   Yes, we cannot see the details of your card as it is encrypted upon entry into the payment gateway

3. When can I expect delivery?

   We aim to have the courier collect either the same day or next day for orders after 12

4. How can I contact you?

   Click on the Contact Us link in the Customer Service menu.

5. Why have I not received an email confirmation of my order?

   Please contact us if in doubt, however currently gmail address's are causing a few issues, so we manually email any gmail order confirmations within our working hours M-F 9-5pm

6. Can I visit your shop?

   Yes, by prior arrangement, please contact us to arrange.

7. Do you do layaway?

   Unfortunately not, but we offer 'EASY PAY' service to spread payments. Click on the 'EASY PAY' link at the bottom of the home page for details

8. Can you help with Licensing?

   Please see the link on the bottom of the home page

9. Do you offer advice on product selection?

   Yes, our staff are highly knowledgeable and can offer you assistance in choosing the right product

10. Can I take the product whilst I am still paying for it under 'Easy Pay'

    Unfortunately not. All products must be paid in full before they leave our shop

11. Can I have a firearm delivered to a dealer?

    Yes. We just need the relevant details

12. Our Office Opening hours

    Our office is open M-F 9am - 5pm
    At weekends emails are rarely monitored and responded to first thing Monday morning
