Established in 1921, Sako was created to build and service firearms for the Civil Guard in Finland. Today, Sako is continuing to develop world-class military, competition, and hunting rifles. With 90 years of accuracy, Sako has transformed into a fully computerized department with the newest CNC machining; however, Sako still inspects barrels by human eye and shoots every rifle manually with proof rounds to ensure accuracy.
